The Mountaineer Maniacs is the Official Student Section of West Virginia University Athletics. As the largest student organization on campus, we bring passion to every athletic event and have long been revered as one of the best and most passionate student sections in the country! We strive to truly be a difference maker as we support our student-athletes in our stadiums, through away game trips and watch parties, while also greatly impacting the Morgantown community through incredible community service events.

Watch Parties
While we wish the Mountaineers played every game in Morgantown, but when our teams play away, we host watch parties at popular venues and restaurants around town so we can cheer on the Old Gold and Blue together! There is always free food, and occasionally games and prizes at these events!

Since its opening in 2015, Monongalia County Ballpark has become one of the best atmospheres in college baseball. Electric crowd. Stunning mountain backdrop. Top notch baseball. What more could you ask for? In 2019, WVU hosted its first NCAA Regional Tournament since 1955.
